Revert Zoe's Q and R interactions and she will be fun to play.

> PADDLE JUMP When Zoe casts R - Portal Jump while a Paddle Star is active, the star's travel range now changes when Zoe reappears at the cast location, rather than as soon as Portal Jump is cast. EXCUSE ME? The timing of Zoe's Q - Q - R combo is less forgiving

While I don't think Zoe is unplayable; she feels horrible to play as of patch 8.4. Imagine if Zoe's flowy hair started to become jittery. It would feel off, strange, every time you would play her it wouldn't feel right. The same can be said about her game-play. For a champion that embodied the concept of flow so heavily it's sad to see her gameplay no longer reflect that. As a Zoe main, Her E and W were the real problems, and I feel like they have been fixed. But Zoe is not in a good place right now.

As much as I dislike Zoe's core design, I very much agree that a champion should not be balanced around intentionally feeling clunkier to play, particularly when such a change doesn't really change that champion's counterplay. Zoe's current 42% win rate is a good indicator that she could afford some buffs (provided they're healthy), and I think giving back some of the flow she lost could help with that, without increasing the frustration of playing against her by too much.

yeah zoe needs buffs desperately right now. I fought against plenty of zoes and she was never big enough a problem to warrant bringing her down to a 42% wr. The nerfs on the PBE were fine but nerfing her ratios at the same time was a step in the wrong direction. That on top of this makes the champ a shadow of its former self, a clunky mess of a champion.
