Oh yeah it actually doesnt... thats broken lol But still, as long as the damage didnt change it only does 800 dmg at rank 1 now.

What's the problem? It has how much? 2, 3 seconds channel? Fiddle does way much DMG in AOE withou items, and he can actually cast spells during that time

True. I guess I didn't see it's at lvl6. Ok then it's strong. Still, needs to hit people. But I guess he will be played now and then. Until RIOT realize he's strong and nerf him to the ground. Again

Lucian's ult is safer to use but it's also more easily to mess it up. While more difficult to set up properly, once you do ult with Fiddle very little is possible to make it not worth using. Outside of standing still misclicking fail flashing or something unusual, you're gonna hurt ppl with it. Lucian's ult can fail in various ways, minion block, aim in wrong direction, misjudge direction, enemy evade, enemy peel/body block, ect.

OK, how do you figure?

20 bullets per ult at level 6 * 40 damage per bullet = 800 damage (assuming no resistances).

To get to 1040 without bonus AD you either need a lot of AP, a lot more Armor Pen (doing more than true damage), or a lot of bonus damage to champions under X condition effects.

I think that actually is part of the "mobility creep" - for many Champs it´s really easy to avoid most of the dmg by just stepping aside...so it sort of has to hit really hard. Nevertheless that leads to quite brutal effectivness whenever the target cannot just do that.

...feast or famine, just the thing this preseason somehow.
