Assassins are going to be dirty broken due to duskblade compensation buffs

I'm totally fine with this because I love one shotting people. But like khazix shaco and kayn, they dont even need duskblade in their build to do well, especially with dark harvest. It's gonna be kinda fun next patch i think.
