Who is really ruining games? People harassing and griefing people into inting? or the inters?

Cuz i know the inters are the only ones who get punished. It doesnt seem to matter if someone bans your champ pref, then comes and steals your buff lvl 1 intentionally. It is only the people who react to this "soft trolling" who are punished.

Why can we not get some punishment for these people spam pinging their teammates with question mark and passive aggressive harassment in chat? Like from experience, playing a lot of games, people don't just int because they got mad about some bad play you made, they int because of harassment from their team that starts even in champ select.

They int because they want the game to end. It is no longer fun to for them to play the game when there's 40 year old men with small penis syndrome just spending their lives trying to tilt people. It's sad how successful they are, and they don't get banned because the computer program that bans people can only detect stuff like "fuck you idiot [insert slur]". It cannot see the soft trolling that is so rampant in games.
