Taliyah Passive fix?

Her passive shpuld help her in combat.

If not...then improve by decreasing the cooldown of the skill, and by letting use it farther from walls with each level she gets or with each level of R. Also let her use it on worked ground and we have a deal.

But right now, even when useful, is uninspiring and there are chaampions with way better passives.

Her passive looks like it was done for a jungler....

But there's nothing wrong with it or how it works
