Horrible concept. You're going to punish me because I don't want to play a game with the guys that 3-man instalocked mid? Because I don't want to play the game with the guy who's toxic beyond belief before the game even starts? Thanks.

people dodge because its a known loss and its better to waste 5 or 15mins than 20+ and come out with a loss, -3lp and 5mins, vs -15~20lp and a loss.
