The funniest thing about Ryze

Although his winrate dropped since the rework, (It's only been a week give it some time), he is so insanely strong it's unbelievable, sure I lost a lot of games with him at the start, but now since I'm learning him I'm asking myself who the hell thought of this new stupid passive, let's look at it.

Rank 3 ult has a 40 second cooldown, with 40% CDR bringing it down to 24 second cooldown, now look at his passive, it reduces his abilities cooldowns by 2.4 seconds each time he casts a spell. Now let's take a look at his other abilities

Q Overload: 2.4 second cooldown

W Rune Prison: 8.4 second cooldown with 40% cdr

E Spell Flux: 4.2 second cooldown with 40% cdr

R Desperate Power 24 second cooldown with 40% cdr,

Now let's look at a basic combo, Q once before you go in to stack up your passive, W=>R=>Q=>E=>Q=>E=>W=>Q=>E=>Q, by the time you reach that last Q your ult is already off it's cooldown, I'm sorry but that is insanely broken to have an ult as good as Ryze's on pretty much no cooldown. Don't believe me? Play Ryze for about 15-20 games and learn the works of him then you will see how stupid OP he is.

And the worst part is, it doesn't even take that long to execute the combo shown above just because of his passive... Not to mention he pretty much has a perma snare at level 16 so they can't move unless they buy QSS
