They are missing out on some of this Halloween event!! It's totally not fair. When C9 get back home from their championship win they are going to have less time to collect all of these amazing rewards! Come on Riot! You need to think of those poor people!
I'm fairly certain Pros have 'unlocked' accounts that have all skins and champs available, so I'm fairly certain they'll be able to get the skins they want.
Any pro player DOES get an unlocked account, with a like a million RP, so they can buy any skin, emote, icon, or champ they want. Pro players also get another unlocked account whenever they play at international events outside there country
