How am I supposed to carry gold 5, when i get a LEGITIMATELY BOOSTED BRONZE PLAYER?????????????????

I actually got a bronze player in my game today. He played kayle support and fed his ass off. He told us his first account which was bronze was hacked and that he created a second one. (Prob a lie cause no one wants to hack a bronze player.) Then he proceeded to go 0/12 and steal my cs, and he didnt even know he wasnt supposed to take cs. He also took a TON of uneccessary poke from the enemy lucian, by walking up to hit minions.
