Magus Enchantment for the Machete.

Issue: Does very little to assist junglers in clear. Warrior is great for ad, devourer is great for attack speed, cinderhulk works for tanks. Now Magus is underwhelming and near impossible to use.

Solution: Make it the old Athenes. Meaning:

80 Ability Power 20% CDR +150% Base Mana Regen Unique Passive: Mana Font- Regenerate 2% of your missing mana per second.
