how to get out of lose streak
everytime i play a match i always end up with a jg that feeds and has no map awareness or a bot that lose and feed... its 17 lost now and i got demoted to silver 4 and i keep losing until now im down to 18 LP......

There is no way. You are anchored to four other people you can't carry because Riot removed the ability to carry in an effort to cater to lazy people and those four people are entirely determined by the matchmaking system, which is never fair and gives you no control over who you get and your ability to affect the outcome of the game. The only way is to play until you stop losing.
Or failing that, you can try to find four people you know who will play this game.
Stop playing. After about 2 losses in a row i either stop playing ranked or switch over to normals. Everytime i do not follow this rule i end up regretting it. If soloq is going to throw you bad teammates twice in a row theres no reason to believe they won't continue to do so.
Stop playing Irelia and Kayle, or play them in other match mode, because they are the champions you have <50% win rate. Your longer lose streak is a 6 games loss, and look... You always played Irelia.
