i just got dark star jarvan but its voice stayed the same unlike the one shown in youtube his voice was more sinister

If you feel it's a bug and not working/sound as intended, you can report that bug here with a much higher chance of it being noticed, or you use the in-client bug report tool in the bottom right corner!
