what is permanently banned compared to account suspension
i admit iwas toxic but how many days does it take for the ban to be lift? it says permanently banned? and its said you account has been permanently suspended

There is no difference. It is two different ways of saying the same thing.
If you were permanently suspended/banned for toxic behavior, your account will not ever be unsuspended.
Once an account has been permanently banned validly it can never be undone. The amount of money you spent is irrelevant, and if you truly valued your account then you should've thought of that before you decided to constantly act up to the point where you got your account permabanned.
they gave me a chance so they made it to a 14 days ban and even after the ban were lift i took a break playing the game for another 4 weeks to change myself when im playing the game and now ive became more happy and productive.. its good to have a chance for redemption yes there are salty people in the game but the best way to deal with them is to ignore or be humble,, id like to thank mrs mercy, mrs bubblegum and sir nikolai for giving me a chance to redeem myself..
However, there is a difference between a shield ban and a permanent ban. Shield bans are to protect your account from suspicious activity suspected hackers. With shield bans, you can get it lifted by proving you are the true and original owner. This will result in a ban notice with no reform card. So if you're suspended but it doesn't show chat logs, you should contact player support.
that account is very important to me becasue ive spend a lot of money buying skins and i dont wanna lose it how do i get it back ive already appealed to them and waiting for a replay.
