Might as well buy Banner of Command

Good. Playing against teams that set 2-3 Zz'Rot portals in their base at nexus towers to stall out games they shouldn't have been able to win was an awful experience with minimal counterplay.

So was trying to take the tower of a top laner who set Zz'Rot and left to whatever far off part of the map, especially considering the value of first turret gold.

It needed nerfs and Riot delivered.

Am I the only one that's glad zz'rot got nerfed? I wouldn't even be sad if they just removed it, it promotes an incredibly unhealthy and non interactive style of gameplay.
