I use it on
and
because it's hard to proc CoC on them, in Braums case depends on ur adc. Also it has no cooldown and makes you tankier so idk why people don't use it. For
I use CoC, but after seeing those nerfs i'm probably go back to Thunderlords, to abuse laning phase.
I don't think Bond of Stone needs a buff it's fine as it is, it's just currently overshadowed by CoC because that mastery is kinda op.
Also cool name lol
I used it on Braum, Tahm and Taric (when I don't use Windspeakers on him). I find CoC isn't as effective on them as Bond of Stone since they dont have easy, immediate or consistent ways of proccig it and dont really engage primarily but work re-actively.
I think it's a bit under rated of some champs (like braum). It's a bit hard to appreciate because it's not visible but statistically it's not too shabby. I hope people will use it more once CoC gets nerfed.
No, I have not seen anyone use it on the Rift. It's used a bit in ARAM though.
I see it used but it depends on the champs. If the cannot utilize CoC then they usually take BoS or Grasp. Either way it's still very very few uses.
I've used it.
I use it on yorick support, really makes a noticeable difference in my games.
It's a pretty good mastery tbh, just hidden power so people can't see it and think it's weak when it's actually not.
Great on lots of supports

CoC is getting a huge nerf so honestly it'll become the "dead mastery" except for the people that just straight use it all the time like
.
Poor tanks can't cut a great with being allowed to be tanky just because poppy was too strong with it and divers (not tanks)

It's not underpowered, it's just never really useful when you need it. In extended engages cotc and grasp outshine it, and most tanks regen right through poke.
Whenever I use it my ADC will intentionally take free damage and that negates my health regen.
