Draft Mode Ban Process

I don't really come on here that often, but I had thought of a "game change" if you will that wouldn't kill me if it happened or not. During draft mode, (I'm not sure anyone else's input on it) could it be possible to allow scrolling through the champions during ban process? My reasoning would be able to look through their champions and what they own and try and help out the banner, and prevent the scenario... "THIS IS WHY YOU BAN AKALI" "Dude, you didn't throw any input on who to ban when I asked?" (I know no one is that nice haha)

Also I would like to scroll through my options of champions to decide maybe who I'd like to play
