Vigorous Gaming is now hosting a tournament for ALL ELOs to participate in!

The tournament will be a Best of 3, single elimination.

The prize pool consists of...

1st Place: 1600 RP + Triumphant Ryze 2nd Place: 1200 RP + 4 win IP boost 3rd Place: 800 RP + 4 win IP boost 4th Place: 400 RP + 4 win IP boost 5th - 8th Place: 4 win IP boost

The procedures for the upcoming event are as follows...

1. Tournament staff will assist the team captain on whether or not to join a premade game lobby, or to create the lobby on their own. The game lobbys will be run under tournament drafts on summoner's rift.

2. Teams shall be in professional order at all times!

• Top
• Jungle
• Mid Lane
• Marksman
• Support

3. If for any reason there are any complications in champion select (ie. Champions not banning, People not connecting), then you must quit the game lobby and contact your assigned tournament staff immediately and start the lobby up in correct professional order until you receive orders from your Team Captain. _ One of the following could occur..._

• The draft made be remade up to the point of error, all with the same picks / bans up until a designated point.
• A whole new draft may occur with brand new picks / bans
• The drafts may continue with the choices already made with picks and bans, including the choice that was reported as an error, in order to prevent a "redo" in champion banning and selecting. Only if both teams agree on it, then would it be permitted.
• A draft to close due to a member not connecting or not picking his or her champion will result a new game with the same picks and bans before the disconnect.
• During the game, you may screenshot all pauses and any form of inappropriate trash trash coming from the enemy team. However, you MUST screenshot the end result to prevent any complications afterwards.

4. Once the game is completed, report your victory / defeat to the tournament staff that was assigned to assist you during the event.

5. Depending on the involvement of teams in this event, if there are more than 1 games being played, then both teams will alternate sides to provide a fair drafting. There will be a virtual coin flip to decide which team will get dibs on the first game's ban and / or side.

If under any circumstance there are tiebreakers...

1. They will be played in a single games or a 3 series, depending on how to tournament format is set up, with details to be worked out between the Team Captains and the Tournament Staff.

2. We may or may not stream the tiebreakers.

Communications

1. All teams are REQUIRED to be on the Vigorous Gaming Teamspeak server during any and all matches, while in their designated team channels.

2. Do not enter a teams channel without permission.

3. Be respectful to everyone on the server.

4. Follow any instructions given by server staff.

Miscellaneous Important Information

1. Before reading further, know that all final decisions are made by Peak Mickey, Guster Posey, or any other designated tournament staff at the time.

2. We reserve the right to change, update, create, or delete any and all rules we see fit.

3. There are a limit of 3 substitutes per team.

4. Anyone who provides the tournament staff with false information regarding a players ranking (for instance smurfs) will be investigated and punished accordingly.

5. Please keep discussions in all-chat to a minimum.

6. Do not (and it is completely unnecessary) BM [bad manner] anyone inside or outside of the game. We find BMing includes...

• Spamming Laugh
• Diving Fountains (in games where you are obviously beating the other team up)
• Trash talking
• Offensive Language
• Slurs
• and so on. If BMing occurs, then you run the risk of being kicked out of the current and possibly future tournaments, the Vigorous Gaming TS Server, and cost your team the winnings.

7. Each team is allowed a total of 10 minutes of pause time for the games, as well 10 minutes for the administration for any reason. Going over 10 minutes could result a loss of bans, or the game itself.

8. You may pause the game at any point of the game, but constant or spam pausing is prohibited.

9. Teams must check in on the teamspeak server 15 minutes prior to the match, and must be in the game lobby 10 minutes prior the game for us to stream.

10. If there are a lack of players, bans may be taken away at any point, or the game may be forfeited altogether.

11. DO NOT start the match unless a tournament staff instructs you to do so. Reason being, your game might be streams depending on details on the tournament schedule.

12. No unsportsmanlike conduct will be tolerated in any facet of Vigorous Gaming. Just simply put, follow the summoner's code set by Riot Games.

13. Players may only play for one team, likewise, you may only sub for one team.

14. If you fail to be ready within the 15 minutes time span prior to the game, then you will forfeit the first game. For every 15 minutes after, you will forfeit another game. (For instance, if we wait for 30 minutes just for the first game, you will then forfeit 2 games.)

15. Reminder to take screenshots of the pause timers from the enemy team to validate any proof of abuse of pause timers.

16. If for any reason a champion is disabled by Riot, then throughout that tournament that champion will be banned for provide fairness for all players.

17. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED AN EMERGENCY SUB (someone not on the roster), then you will lose one ban. Emergency subs must fit in your Team Value requirements.
