How do I fill out my roster?

I am going to otp nautilus or jayce top, depending on which I do best with the other will be my secondary. Which champion should I choose as my second alternate? What holes do I have in my champion pool ie not enough objective control etc. These are some of the champions I'm considering. I'm not looking for the most meta or "best" champion, just one that will work where my other two won't.
