Is this really all the ip you can get?

I was doing a little googling and heard a couple times that by level 30 I can expect to have 20,000/30,000 ip. Is this true? If so I'm looking forward to buying my three champions... Does riot have any plans to balance the ip system? With auto fill now in place I'd like to have a more diverse champion pool by level 30 without having to sacrifice buying champions I'd actually like to play(unless riot would prefer i dodge whenever I don't get my preferred role).

getting to level 30 used to take twice as long untill they nerfed the xp needed to get level 30 by half so those results are probably inaccurate, the high rune cost isnt that much just play like 20 game a day and thats a rune a quint a day

20000/30000 at level 30? I'm level fucking 20 and all I got after months of grinding and holding back from using IP on Champions is 8500.

Riot has to make money somehow. You either grind it out or drop a few bucks for some IP boosters and a few champs.

Let's see, on my second account it's currently Level 13 with about 50 games on it, mostly bots along with some blind picks. Currently have about 10k IP after buying Ashe. Haven't bought any runes yet as I'm undecided of what champ to play (Ahri is personally banned by me because I'll absolutely rekk kids. I actually played her once on free week, ended like 18-2)
