Some short urf feedback

I think arurf is fine this year, overall, everything feels just as unbalanced. The only thing I would change is disable kai'sa on arurf. I've seen just about every champ perform good and bad on urf, depending on the game, other champs and players who play them, yet kai'sa always seem super fed, regardless of all that. The champ also just doesn't feel fun to play against. It's like the e stack full ie garen, which you nerfed too.
