Can we revert Irelia and Akali already?

I love how in this video made by the official LOL Esports youtube channel, at 3:33 they have this part 'more frustrating rework', which means that Riot knows that Both Akali and Irelia are really frustrating to play against. They obviously know how frustrating they are, yet they can't don't really seem in a rush to fix them both. (5 movement speed nerf kappa). Are they just laughing at their players at this point?
