You should really considder keeping all chat like that. League actually feels so less toxic if you can't read people's all chat during the game. (Also, I don't like turning off all-chat in game...)

Yes its hilarious as are the dog and cat facts tips. lol. Also no one needs to use All Chat. You can still speak to your team just not to the enemies and since its usually toxic this is much more fun.
And last game, someone just spammed a single letter in all chat and it appeared as a full sentence. If you don't want toxicity just disable it

i was shocked to see they disabled all chat and just sent meows or barks instead. why did they do this? i mustve missed the patch notes on this topic. im pretty happy with it tho. what benefit does typing something to the enemy team provide? none. not only is it wasted time typing that you couldve been farming or roaming but theres literally nothing you can gain by talking to the enemy team. one can argue the same can be said about team chat even. rarely do i see chat used to organize team movements and strategy. 99% of the time its just a person dying and blaming it on everyone else.
It wasnt even doing the meow bark thing for me at all.
