My take on Refunds
Riot reserves the right to make whatever changes they want, including changing a champions gender and completely gutting the champion so it no longer resembles the champion you purchased.
I dont think we should just get X refunds per season, but i do believe its only fair to apply a refund to anything you purchased that has received a significant amount of changes since the time of purchase.
Example1: if you bought pre rework poppy, she would automatically be elligible for a refund.
Exampl 2: Riot has a difficult time balancing a champion and receive multiple minor nerf buffs since your purchase. Nothing was added or taken away, but the base damage and modifiers were tampered with so much that the champions viability was changed considerably.
Example 3: anything has been added or removed from a champions kit, like the armor buff on jarvans flag, or kassadins silence.
Example4: Anything you purchased receives a visual update and is no longer the artwork that was purchased.
Riot may reserve the right to do whatever they wish with their game, but we should have to right to return items that have been changed into a different product than we agreed to pay for.
My apologies if this is not "gameplay" oriented enough for this forum. It does have to do with nerfs, buffs, reworks, and patches but it does lean a bit towards the store side.
