Nah; not enough. Also, it doesn't really work well with his kit. Maybe if he lost damage or something? "Does 10% less damage for 1.5 seconds?" to stop him just jumping on you and murdering you with his shark?

I don't think the ability needs a nerf too badly (before you say anything no I'm not a fizz main) but if anything a cooldown nerf would hit him the hardest, at roughly 5secs late game its too free to use of engage or disengage. Think if riot doubled it late game or added a few seconds atleast, that would create fizz players to do some thinking before engaging and counterplay to him
