I left my recent ranked due to this problem.

did more damage to 2x more with thunderlords. How the fuck is this even fair?

Riot remove it or go back to the old version.

You lost because the enemy knew his strength and how to utilize the mastery he chose. Stop demanding stupid things of Riot and learn how to use the masteries to your advantage.

Really? Look, it's a game. It has rules, expect the rules to be followed. Complain [respectfully] when they aren't. Complain [respectfully] when the rule doesn't make sense. Complaining when the rule works as intended and makes sense, but when you did not understand it is pointless. Simply put, Thunderlord's Decree scales on AP. Why would an ADC deal more damage with it?

As for our criticizing each other unduly... yes. We are certainly guilty. Insulting each other is pointless.

it doesn't matter if it's scale on AP. As adc your the damage dealer not the other way around.

Thunderlord just needs to revert back to a 20 seconds CD, should at no point in the game TLD's CD be under 20 seconds. Would be better if it started at a 30 second CD and lowered to 20 at lvl 18

Frankly i'd prefer to seem them remove keystones all together. It's like they added 9 powerful items to the game, except these are given to you at level 1.

The issue i have with it, is the fact that some champions massively benefit from these keystones, while others are just kinda "meh" about taking any of them.

Champions who synergize really well with them get this massive power boost, while other champions are just left awkwardly taking the most general purpose one (thunderlords), which also forces them down a tree they might not want.
