LP Bug/Glitch?

ARGthe1st - Summoner Stats - League of Legends

Every match after the Update with Neeko Ive been consistently getting 13/14 LP. Before this update I was getting around 20 ish. Is it just me or is this happening with everyone else too? A Rioter comment would be much appreciated!
