Ranked Disconnects

I feel like if a player disconnects in a ranked match anywhere from 0 - 10 minutes in or if a player report is verified, then LP should be refunded. Its not fair to lose LP when you are fighting a 4v5 and are almost guaranteed to lose. Also, why do people who are playing provisonals with an mmr of Bronze 4 get placed into a Silver 4 game? This guy played Jarvan the 4th with me yesterday and completely fed, costing us the game. I even accidentaly used Yas runes on Akali but didn't feed... and this is how I get rewarded... [zombie-brand-facepalm]
