The runes pages

(I'm copying and pasting this from i post i did on the PBE thread as my PBE user "MondayNA") Riot said that they were making runes free, and refunding the old rune-pages, but we cant make new rune pages for free in the PBE and we still have to buy rune-pages. With the whole idea of the new runes is to customize your champion EXTENSIVELY, how can we do that only in the time we have in champ select? This pretty much limits us to play 2 champions/champions that can use the same 2 rune pages, or champions that only require slight customization. Riot is just making life harder for free to play players.

Assume you can still buy single rune pages for BE.

They upped champ select time by a bit so you can have more time to edit your mastery page(s).
