Connection bug cost me a ranked game

I have just played a game were I had a connection bug that caused me to dc during the loading screen of a RANKED game. I have been made aware that this is a reoccurring problem for people in this patch. Because of the bug, I had to reconnect and loaded into the game 3 minutes late, i was 2 levels behind, as swain (an immobile mage) vs fizz (an assassin that can easily 100 to 0 you), because of this, he got level 6 while i was still level 3, and killed me very easily. I lost around 14 LP for this loss, and it was because of a bug that many other have been experiencing. Knowing the Riot system I do not expect to be compensated for the LP loss, although I should be. But I would like a fix to this problem, considering that I cannot play ranked because of it.
