Didn't get my blue essence refund

I did the quest to get the blue essence refund from the runes, and it says i completed it, but i didn't get the Essence's. Anyone else get this bug?, and if someone in Riot is watching this, any way I can get the BE?

I don't even have a quest to gather the refund. And it pop a message saying that i got like 16000 blue essence. Then i press ok cool, but nothings shows up. Still have 6374 blue essence.
