Am i going to miss arurf?

I'm going to be gone from the 12th-the 21st to visit family for my birthday, and in the patch notes i read arurf is going to be returning soon... how soon and how long? am i going to miss it? or should I be fine? I've been waiting forever for it to come back QAQ
