They are closer to needing NERFS that fucking BUFFS. I really don't understand wtf got into Riot's balance team lately. Instead of focusing on actual balance issues like (it's about time) being in the trash can and ignored Also those being overpowered messes And then there are those annoying cancers that no one wants to see in their games any more

And then you magically buff for LITERALLY NO REASON. Fix your shit Riot

These guys can't be fixed with simple number changes.

Also they just nerfed Varus and Zyra, and Talon's getting a nerf on the PBE and Jhin got a nerf to his keystone.

That will not fix them but a very small rework or number changes can boost their viability into an average status

Obvious hyperbole aside, just realize that just becuase you don't like a mechanic it doesn't always mean it's cancerous.

Becuase you clearly misunderstand some mechanics here, so you see them as bad when they have real tradeoffs.

Azir could easily be made viable with a few number changes to his midgame scaling. He doesn't need more, just an adjustment to his powercurve. He's the type of champion that says: "I might be weak now, I might be weak in midgame, but you'll get screwed if you let me get to lategame."

The magical excuse everyone uses to avoid problem champions. "Number changes can't fit it", "It's not worth looking at them until they get their VGU in 2 years".

Number changes might not fix them, but they'd sure go a long way in the meanwhile. There are enough threads out there with great suggestions on how to improve champions that need help, everything from QoL changes, simple buffs and power shifts, to small gimmicks and bug fixes.

So im assuming you know who to fix all of the balance issue champs without fully reworking their kit or making them way to strong or high priority picks for all their roles ( which was why they were nerfed into the dirt) Same with the ones that are too good at the moment.

I'm not sure the Katarina change is a true "buff". She's an Assassin and needs that level 6 power spike to go around collecting kills. Increasing her ult's cooldown by 45 seconds isn't going to help do that. What use is a 15 second cooldown in the late game when she won't survive until she gets there?

On other the other side of the spectrum, if she gets fed and gets those resets she'll just snowball even harder once she hits level 16 two levels ahead of everyone else.

So yeah, bad change.

I am sorry, but why is diamond the only viable elo? They are smaller part of the players. Lux is pretty op in gold and under.... Just because something isnt picked in diamond or higher doesnt mean it needs buff... especially if it's pretty popular champ in lower elo who hardly ever has a negative score......

See her pick rate in gold and under, she is nowhere near the "10 bottom champions".
