I have seen so many people saying this..... PLEASE IF etc, ap or ad carries with 13 KILLS and 2~4 lvl ahead of you can not instantly kill you , 1/5/0, they need damn buff not nerf.

squishies shouldn't EVER be surprised when any champ with a tiny bit of damage one combos them.

the funny thing is even when a leblanc is behind they can do it, same with fizz and xerath. Maybe vel'koz because of his passive and true damage ult.
