I practiced for 3 days. I had two days off and what happens? The same old thing. Losing over and over again. I don't get it. I don't understand it at all. I playing safer, I used some of tips and nothing works 5 up and 5 down. The same old thing.

Edit: looked at your profile on league, you're farm is great for your rank but your opponent's always had more towers so generally up more in gold. Is your teams or yourself going for more kills them towers and stuff like that?

I am not raging a lot. I am playing top and jg. I am playing ranked. What is the ending score?
My Sea Cow2 votesEnding score meaning what was your KDA at end of game. I'm not great at just looking at scores but from what I see is definitely warding more. More vision means more time for you to react or team to react. You can always get the blue trinket if needed. On the Cho game where you faced Darius you only placed 4 wards. First practice warding more.
You're also building super glass canon on Cho'Gath. Yes he does quite a bit of damage but with no defensive items you will just blow up and on that team you needed a tank somewhere. Draft is all about building around your team and working out the best possible team comp. I never expect my teammates to do that, so I always base my pick on who they chose (harder when you're first pick...generally if it's first pick I go tanky in case).
How is your champion pool? Can you play other champs other then Cho top? As for jungle my assumption is that you're just making bad decisions in ganking or not efficiently using up your time in between ganks especially as Noc who really only great ganks when his R is up

Dude, I have to play who I best with. That means Cho and Noc. I understand I have to build more of a tank Cho but he has to do some kind of damage. But I am taking steps towards that. Deadmans Plate, Sunfire Cape seem to work, maybe an armor based boots.

Maining a champion is a great way to improve gameplay as well as improve your knowledge of that champion but knowing other champions in case the matchup is horrible is something I'd recommend. What happens if someone bans Cho or Noc? I know it's rare but it does happen.
ROA then pure tank will give you decent damage but also survivability and the peel you need for your team.

I like using ROA and then going Luden Echo and then I should go tank from there. I guess, I need a mid champ.

problem is I have tried most if not all of the top laners. Same goes for jg.

Warding? It might help me see a gank coming but that's not a big weakness of mine. It won't help me during a group fight or during a 1 vs 1.
My Sea Cow3 votesactually believe it or not it can. It can let you know where other opponents are and if it's good to engage. Jungler farming around top lane? Engage 5v4 when they are grouped bot lane. Mid lane farming jungle to get gold and low on health? Easy kill.
Warding gives you the knowledge on where everyone is at any point so that is super powerful. That's why you always see any good player warding and clearing out wards. As a jungler main, I'm constantly warding my jungle and/or the opponents jungle. I'll even ward my laner's bushes if I feel they are an easy target
Deep Terror Nami5 votesWarding is actually super important. Even if you personally don't benefit from the vision, your team will. Disregarding the importance of warding is at least one of the factors preventing you from climbing.

My Sea Cow1 votesReason peoole get stuck in a certain division is they aren't improving in the game mechanics. Whether it's farming (my weakness), warding, trading, decision making, etc.
Warding allows you to know when it's okay to push and really harass an enemy. For example one game I played Trundle top against Aatrox. I had my bush warded and my team warded enough that when I saw their jungler bot lane I knew it was safe to engage and tower dive to get a kill. It also let's me know if my laner roams to try to help another lane so I can follow and counter gank.
Past laning phase, it will let you know anyone caught out or those trying to flank your team from behind. It can let you know when they are preparing for Baron or dragon. Let's you know when you should back off a tower or can get the tower.
It's hard to give improvements elsewhere because we aren't watching your games. I can't say if you're trading good, or if you're making good decisions. That's why you're not getting pages and pages of help on what to improve on.
Download plays.tv it can record your games and you can upload to YouTube or just rewatch on your own. I do this with all my videos and ones that I knew could have gone better, I have my boyfriend watch (who is higher rank then me) and have him point out what I could have done differently
