RIOT should have buffed Gnar in U.R.F

I can assure that gnar is the worst champion in urf mode due to his passive system. Since gnar should focus on controlling his rage, urf's 80% CDR is meaningless to gnar. It's just like rumble in 2014 urf. Rumble was one of the worst champion in urf due to his passive system. Yet, Gnar hasn't got any buff in urf. RIOT should have enable gnar to maintain mega gnar state longer than usual at least.

What I think they should do is remove the time restriction between transformations, so he can start to stack up rage as soon as he turns mini.
