I know the tier of Solo Ranked Q will be reset as soon as new season get started. So I have a question; Will the tier of Ranked flex be reset just like that of Solo Ranked Q?

I haven't played the ranked flex yet this preseason. Is there any purpose or benefit for me completing my placement matches now before the reset?
