I think a lot of your tiers are messed up if this urf is anywhere close to the original 80% CDR and double attack speed buffs with unlimited mana

twisted is a 3 tier? he has 1.2 second cooldown on his spells for 1500 range or permastun

fiddlesticks is very disrupting on urf...his silence wrecks so many spam champions

ziggs is like god on urf...he can have 3 hextech mines out at once and his Q is as low as 1 second with an ult that's only like 15

zilean i'm not sure about but he absolutely ADORES being able to spam

zed? not sure about energy as I didn't have any energy champs when urf first came around

Zac is 5 tier? he can literally stand in the baron pit and kill baron while being almost unkillable otherwise

there are so many things that can happen in urf!

But certainly not in April hopefully. The gamemode is overrated (and Legend of the Poro king is/was on the PBE for testing the new rotating gamemode queue afaik)
