Since Zac's rework he has had some highs and lows, from being under-powered on release, to being awesome after buffs to being (TBD) since the hotfix. Something I have noticed since the onset though is an interaction between his second Q on a single target and his W which is mildly annoying. His enhanced range for his second Q is 300 units, calculated from edge to edge. His W range is 350 units, calculated from his edge to ??? (numbers taken from Lol Wiki). However, exactly the hitbox is calculated for W, when he has his second Q ready to go, the extra range on that puts Zac out of range of his W. When just fighting 1 monster for example, its annoying to use W and not have it do anything, losing health, damage, and sustain in the process.

I'm not sure how much extra W would need to avoid this. 375 vs 350 seems okay. Anything approaching 450 is probably too much. Perhaps an increased range on W during a window while his second Q is ready to go? (up to .5 seconds after his Q based auto for example).

Buffing w range could make Zac top too good though. I always feel like it's right in the Edge of beeing good (though I love Zac and this could just be me). Buffing w range could give him a lot more Trading Potential which could be too much.
