Quinn Passive Not proc'd
Playing in a recent game as quinn vs cass mid. I hit her with my q and the passive indicated popped up on her. I walked forward, cancelled my first auto on her, and then hit her with a second auto which hit her and did damage. Passive proc never happened and the indicator stayed on cass for a second afterward as well until the timer ran out.
