Tank or Bruiser on Ekko?

I' just curious in some others opinions here. What do you think would work better in lane (top or mid) on ekko? Tank, Bruiser or Full AP? And why?

Build pure ap. Its fun.

Pure AP is fun, not incredibly viable.

Tank has good sticking potential, but it's damage seems to fall off relatively quickly. I prefer bruiser build ekko though. You have the same sticking potential, but the enemy team actually has to deal with you.
