In Bronze 5, Need some help getting better

I have been regularly playing league of legends since later season 3, early season 4. My first season playing ranked, I played my promos right after I hit 30. Won 5, got placed in Silver 3, fell to Silver 4 and stayed there. Next season, won 3 promos and got placed in Bronze 4. Fell to Bronze 5 for a day and climbed back to Bronze 4. Stayed there. This season I won 3 of my promos and got placed in Bronze 5. I understand that I belong here. I am a bronze level player. I do believe that it isn't my teams fault, but I consistently do well and am typically quite positive. I watch pro streams and LCS, I've gotten (slightly) better at farming and my awareness has also gone up. I'm looking for someone to give me some more tips or even duo queue with, maybe even spectate me and tell me what I need to work on. I know there are still many flaws to my skill, but I don't know how to diagnose them. Any help is appreciated.

Focus on what champions you find good and main them For jg mechniacs watch nb3 he's is extremely informative

Cs is important and changing trinkets at lv9 is important

Improving your mechniacs to the point you can carry an entire game is what you can work on

Watching stream does help bc it can show what you can and need to do

First just work on csing, you should be averaging about 6-8 a minute; in many games you can win lane by simply out csing your lane opponent, more cs=more gold=more items. Second, main 2 roles and 2-3 champions in those roles and spam them over and over; when I started playing adc I spammed 100 games of just kalista until playing her became second nature. Work on the fundamentals and you'll definitely climb.

Process os fastest if you main 3 or less champs. Besides that, number one thing is prioritize objectives. Know when to ping for dragon and turrets. Keep Baron warded and know when to ping that too. Basically climbing is a) getting ahead in gold and b) translating that to wins by getting objectives. Step one is taking drag and turrets instead of backing after your team wins a fight. Also make sure you are not wasting time and are farming jungle camps or lanes if you have nothing to do. Focus on making smart plays and communicating them with your team over just beating your lane opponent. Also in terms of wathching league I would say u don't get as much from watching the diamonds and up as a bronze player since they are playing an entirely different game thn you are. Trick2g might be good tho. Other than that keep your head up and spam some ranked!

Basic Improvement Tips:

  1. Get a champion pool of three champions, with alot of experience with them, in two different lanes. That means master 6 champions. 1A. These champs should preferably be snowbally, and versatile. EX. Diana ; Super snowball champ, can go top and jungle and mid.

  2. Focus on CSing and Map awareness. You can do this in two efficient methods. 2A. Every time you last hit, quickly check your map. 2B. Find a program that will make a 'tick' noise every three seconds, it will cause negative reinforcement to constantly look at your map at every tick, but wont be noticed during teamfights.

  3. Learn to either mute/encourage your team. No negativity.

  4. Find a duo partner who is consistent. If one of you fail, the other should succeed. This leads to a more stable winrate.

  5. Remember that if you are good, you should, statistically, be winning 50% of your games, and that is enough to climb. Never blame your team for constant losses as it blinds you to how you can improve. Watch the pros/Streamers, see what they do that you don't. Constantly watch for things you can improve on.

EDIT: Small harassment guide in lane. Do this once you have gotten the mechanics above learned.

Play every champion in your primary role at least once in a normal, so you understand their kit. Study their kits, learn their approx. cooldowns and their kit synergy, ranges etc.

Once you learn that, play around their kits by knowing how aggressive your champ is, if they are countered by this champ, if you counter their champ. React to how they play, if they farm with abilities then harass them and wait for JG since they will be pushed, and you will have taken their health down. If they harass you, then harass back ;^)

Learning to balance harassment, and farming, and wave management, and learning how to gank correctly, is one of the most IMPORTANT things in the game. Teamfighting/Objective securing is something you can learn second, if your laning phase is super solid and you win lane 90% of the time at your elo, and snowball off other lanes, you will carry anyway.

Honestly, you learn to properly CS, not dick around waiting for teamfights like Bronze players do, and just farm and go for objectives (like you're SUPPOSED to do), and you'll climb out of Bronze no problem. If you're truly stuck in Bronze, you deserve to be there, unfortunately. Trust me, you know when you belong in Silver, because your win streak will be insane...

..And then, the real challenge begins because Silver is a clusterfuck of people of all different skill levels, from ones that belong in Bronze V, to ones that are obviously Diamond smurfs.

Don't sweat losing. You're learning and becoming better with every game. You will climb if you keep practicing and learning from each game.

Training exercises, focus on core basic mechanics, play nothing fancy, play champions who encorage good game mechanics

Such champions are 1-any marksman 2-Mid laners who have skillshots 3-Any tank

Things you want to keep a eye out for

1-your farming, have a realistic goal of how many minions you want by 10 minutes and try to consistently achieve it. 2-how well you kite 3-how well you execute trades 4-how well you execute all ins 5-how often you land skill shots 6-how often you ward
