Ap toondown 5.13
Omg so i was looking threw the updates patch on the upcoming update 5.13...and what the heck why is riot tuning down like all main ability power items. personal opinion so stupid.

Most Ap champs buy rabadon's which means the nerfs to the big ap items (zhonya's and luden's) do not make a difference because the additonal 5% rabadon's now gives makes those items do 20 more damage (not counting the other 30%) leaving them in essentially the same spot.
