Team builder matching wrongly?

I just had a match on team builder and the game was even in the bot lane (where I was) but it was seriously uneven everywhere else. After the game I made some research on the teams and this is what I got (we were both paying by the meta): Team A: Top: Gold III Mid: Gold V J: Gold V Mm: Unranked; 2 wins 0 losses; Normal, 450 wins Sup: Bronze I

Team B: Top: Silver III Mid: Silver II J: Bronze III Mm: Unranked 450 wins Sup: Silver V

Doesn't this seem unbalanced teams? Why would match maker match these teams unbalanced like this? I'm trying to understand how does it evaluate the situation to cause such match considered an even game... I don't get it.
