So lets talk Taliyah nerfs....

So, I saw they were changing the type of casting on Taliyah's Seismic Shove (W), and nerfed her Unraveled Earth (E) damage, which I understood, but then I was gone for a week, and then came back to see her ult is getting a longer cooldown, which I don't understand, she was at a good spot before, but now they're changing things that aren't needing to be changed, it may just be me who thinks this way, 'cause I'm a Taliyah main, but it really bothers me, I used to win most my games with her, now I am lucky if I don't feed, her win rate was 36% when she first came out, but I thought she was in a good spot, for people that were good with her, she was rewarding, for people that weren't, she wasn't rewarding. Then her win rate went to 53% which I thought 'cause most people stopped playing her, and she got a small buff, now I checked her win rate after being gone for a week, and it's down to 46%? Were the nerfs really necessary? Did I not see some that were listed here? Please bring her back to her normal self, even if you keep the E nerfed.

The fact that her Q is like Lucian ult, she can clear fast and with short cdr is super OP and it even does lots of damage And fact that she have such high movement speed while casting Q make it even easier for her to land it then it would be for Lucian while hes ulting

And her Q also have long range Taliyah wasn't made to be an Assassin but her damage force her to be one anyway

the changes weren't that dramatic that it should take you from winning most of your games with her to just trying not to feed.

A rioter said her winrate was something like 60% for people who played her a lot, which was certainly a problem. I don't really think she's in a sport right now that calls for any nerfs, but my guess as to why they're nerfing the CD on her ult at earlier levels is to try to reduce the frequency in which she can roam to another lane and almost guarantee 1-2 kills by walling off the lane, or atleast burn some flashes.
