How come vayne hasn't been looked at yet?
I'm a bit concerned with how long her shiv + ie 3 shot has been allowed on this game.

just wait for the next patch to hit. Shes going to have even less counterplay. Cant pink ward her anymore AND she gets bonus damage from Duskblade.
People make it look like Vayne is doing damage per second, but ever since her Q buff she's doing burst per second lmao.
My main concern is that I was always led to believe that most adcs, and especially Vayne, don't burst you, but kill you inevitably through consistent DPS. What the fuck happened....

Vayne isn't that bad.
The real problem is people don't like her because she represents everything wrong with LeBlanc. You usually need point and click CC and AoE burst to kill her and the combination makes it so that if you have already locked your picks and she counters you then you're just done.
Another issue that's mostly low elo is that she's an excellent duelist and games in lower elo are far less coordinated so she shines a lot more than she normally does. They also don't respect her damage or the ground she can cover in a short period of time so when she jumps on them it's always, "wtf Vayne three shot me do I have to sit at tower all game?" Kinda. As most mids and carries you simply cannot be out alone as Vayne will defeat you 80% of the time.
She's fine overall but understandably difficult to deal with in lower levels of gameplay.
This does seem overly powerful but on the other hand she's only making a 51% winrate in spite of having the highest playerbase average games played of any ADC.
She can 2 shot midgame, if u get 2 crits with IE and Shiv...
vayne seriously needs to be looked at by next patch, because fuck her and this item right now 
, it is gunna make bot lane a fucking storm of cancer, it has its normal stuff, makes it so she can 1 shot , and on top of it her invisibility procs the extra TRUE damage every tumble as long as she stays in the full stealth. Her silver bolts need to have a fucking scaling based on her ad already, because 3 aa's for % max hp damage is so ludicrously powerful for such a mobile adc.

she is fed i understand but that is not ok under any terms, her silver bolts are supposed to counter tank, not counter everyting and kill everything in sight.
Vayne highest ban rate in NA will likely come sooner or later, I can smell it.
Vayne is one of the more popular champions in the game, so she gets special treatment. I call it the Lee Sin effect.
Even if she gets nerfed, either she'll be compensated or she won't remain that way for long. What's killing her will be nerfed harder than her, defensive itemization will be nerfed, or she'll get a core item buffed. This is how it works every time for popular champions in this game.

Because it's balanced somewhat with how squishy she is. Three shot she kills, three shots she dies.

EDIT: Figured this is just a wining post. If vayne doesn't blow you up you blow her up. Simple as that. Yes she kites. That's what you do when your ranged.

As for vayne. She deals damage. If she doesn't she's useless. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about her other than the damage. Because you try to get easy wins by picking OP champions don't try to punish people who actually had to practice to shit on you with their mains.

She is meant to be a late game hyper carry. It makes up for her horrendous early game.
huh, its funny when someone asks for vayne nerfs gets 100 upvotes but someone asking for lee sin or graves nerfs just get downvoted, despite them being larger problems.
