Fizz is missing something pretty important. he lacks CC
Not seeing how this is going to be a problem on Fizz at all.
Ekko... maybe... I don't know that it's going to be that busted, but okay, maybe.
Amumu is supposed to use it.
neither of those 3 will cause issues its either their ult or in ekko's case a decent cool-down telegraphed ability, he also lost the passive slow if im not mistaken
im more worried about 
abusing it with their basic ability knockup bullshit
