Honestly the majority of people playing don't care about the whole solo vs dyna q issue. They are just playing the game.

The people who care most and are ACTUALLY affected (not counting low elo boards posters who complain about everything) are high elo/pro/competetive players in queues with a much smaller player base where it actually causes issues.

The part of the player base Riot generally panders to and cares most about.

I just thought it was funny.

Well, I'm not sure they pander and care most about pros. They just do balancing for the very top level first and foremost because that's how you should always balance a game, that's true not only of LoL but of every multiplayer game. Look at Starcraft for instance.

Beyond this balance issue, Riot is generally pandering more to the larger player base of Bronze/Silver than to the Pros, I think.
