So............. this whole marksman update

So with this whole announcement im all of a sudden scared. I mean we have now seen the terror of the juggernaut meta and we now have this coming up. so what does it mean for the meta? I personaly am guessing that riot is gonna change it so that the marksmen they DO change are masters of kiting but outside of that will probably be ez to kill. here are my guesses for the champs being reworked and . really not hoping but I mean at least if they change kalista she wont be insta pick possibly (just a hope)

what also could happen is that they could make adc's a situational pick, to push for a new meta like Bruiser and supp or just straight up solo bot lane ect.

Possibly the death of adc's(or you will see them mid lane, jung or top lane more often

It's going to be super chaotic like all major updates, but thats why they're dong it in the pre-season so they can balance it out by the tme the new season starts

The Marksman update should be coming with the pre-season changes, and as it seems to be the record with pre-season changes, it was going to be terrible (from certain points of view anyway) regardless.

Whatever change they make has to be for the greater stability of this game. No short-term fix.

I've heard nothing like that so I assume it's another waste of time. Just waiting to see. I also expect the worst.

i just hope all it does is minor changes to some problematic marksmen, changes their itemization to be less focused on crit, fixes the early melee/ranged matchup to be less one sided in their favour and changes them by distributing them over all lanes, so theyre not all locked down to bot lane anymore and get some diversity into that lane.

i definitely hope theyre not actually buffing them. that would be ridiculous. we dont need to go back to marksmen being the only real carry role in the game and able to facetank other champions because of shields and lifesteal.

theyre already ripping everyone apart by lategame. their overall power is fine, if not way too strong due to the recent thornmail trashing and armor nerfs.

the goal should be to bring diversity into the class and make them more different from each other so each one of them has a clear nieche, not make them stronger as a whole.
