The New Blue (An alternitive Ezreal build

So first and foremost, I will be the first to admit I am bronze atm (the climb is going faster than it did last season, mainly due to my picking up Ezreal) but I think I might have found a better build than what is currently played as the Blue Build Ezreal; the purpose of this post was to see if I can't get any Gold or higher's opinion on this build as I don't know exactly how well it compares to the current build, but I have found more success with it.

I go into my spiel about how I found this build below but this is the build as I prefer to play it: Start: item 1055 item 2003 First back: preferably both item 3057 and item 3133, but that is 2150g and you don't always have that luxury on your first back, so I normally just get item 3057 if I have to just get one, or less if I can't get that. After getting both of the aforementioned items and usually before the first completed item I like to get a item 1053 to keep sustaining in the lane. Rush: item 3508, before the change to be crit based I loved this item on Nasus, I know that it is very popular on MissFortune, but I don't play MF so I use it on Ezreal. After this it's a toss up between what to get next: I normally prefer item 3078 before item 3031, but it depends on whether you are doing more farming, teamfighting/skirmishing. After getting both of those the build path becomes more need based, and my full build usually ends up looking something like this: item 3508 item 3078 item 3031 item 3072 item 3094 with either item 3009 or item 3006 depending on whether or not I am getting focused. Alternatives I have found useful are: item 3139, item 3812, item 3036, and item 3025 when I need to kite really hard. An alternative that I need to play around with more: item 3508 item 3078 item 3031 item 3072 item 3042 item 3009, getting item 3070 right after item 3508, and then upgrading it once it hits full stacks, then continuing the the aforementioned build, replacing swifties with item 3094

So if you watch TheOddOne for a while you will eventually hear his rant about tear (both with Ezreal, but also in general), some of my league friends (of varying ranks) and I agreed that buying tear first thing is a "waste" of 700g that could be spent offensively to get snowballing early, and since Ezreal scales really well into the late game, especially with the recent changes to Masteries, my logic was to bypass tear and go for a bigger powerspike; which since Ezreal has significant mana problems unless you are very sparing with your Q to last hit. Which led me to look for alternatives to getting mana, while double Buffs would be perfect neither can be guaranteed late game, and unless a jungler/midlaner is killed you can't get them early. Having said that, I find that Blue Build Ezreal relies heavily on hitting your Q's in sieges and not doing too much during fights other than shoot Q's all fight; which ignores his passive which in teamfights can be very strong IMO. Now ignoring item 3070 and item 3025, item 3508 was my next thought, with the increased crit and the added cdr on item 3078 I found these items to work splendidly together, netting a 30% cdr and 40% crit with just two items that gives a pretty big spike. Continuing along that line of thought, item 3031 was my next idea, the flat ad, crit, and crit damage are very nice with our first two items, however this also nets us to the maximum cdr, (I absolutely love getting 45% with the cdr mastery, but unfortunately I find that Fervor is stronger on Ezreal over Thunderlord's :c). Naturally the next thing needed is some LS, I personally prefer the shield, AD, and additional LS on item 3072 over the AS and Active on item 3153, unless I need to do some tank busting in which case I also make sure to include item 3036.

All that said, I know I am bad at the game and I need to learn a lot, so that's why I am here, getting myself critiqued by as many people as I can so that I might be able to climb farther faster. Please leave your salt at the door and your comments below :)

TL;DR: I am a newb and I want to know which build is better on Ezreal: This one: item 3508 item 3078 item 3031 item 3072 item 3094 item 3009, Replacing swifties with item 3139 or this one: item 3508 item 3078 item 3031 item 3072 item 3042 item 3009, Replacing swifties with item 3094

Take what oddone says with a grain of salt. Because he's fucking overdosing on salt practically 99% of the time he's playing.

Ezreal naturally has little to none kill potential in lane, but he's very safe. Which makes stacking tear early very easy to let him transition into the 20 minute mark without a problem. His late game is bad unless you're going a standard adc build. With blue build you're going purely for mid game, for which rushing tear is amazing.

If you want to go balls to the wall in lane with a pure offensive build, then just don't buy muramana. Ezreal does not have any mana problems unless you're spamming Q each time it's off CD.

if your talking about blue ez its ibg and manamune and boots of lucidity. the reasons is cause your primary attack will be your q. This means your q is front loaded with shen and manamune dmg. The two together also give you a large amount of ad. add a qss and last whisper and your q will do alot of dmg to anyone while not letting them close on you and being saved from being jumped on by assassins. the build is all about kiting and harass. It works great with a siege comp and is used for a safe early game that blows up the mid game and has enough dmg to be relevant late game (although not as strong as say kali/quinn/lucian burst) with a decent peel champ like bard or morg you can do a lot of dmg from a very safe distance. you don't want an all in support like ali or braum because it will just weaken your and their early game.
