Why are all the trolls, afkers, noobs, people with bad connection, feeders in my team ?

Okay I lost 3 ranked games in a row. 1st game I was playing rengar, gnar goes to lane 20 secs late and cries for being zoned by jinx (top). Gradually he manages to kill her. I start ganking bot lane, and I die cuz thresh was afk at the turret. Lucian then keeps dying to trist 2 or 3 times cause support was afk (They were premade). I also ganked orianna and even though 2 kills went to fizz he still died to her 2 or 3 times.

2nd game, playing renekton top against mundo, I get a kill on him and nautilus who was trying to gank, but yasuo fed 1st blood to fizz. So fizz swaps with mundo and he kills me and later I kill him and we start killing each other. Yasuo is always overextended and he ends up 1/9/1 in the end of the match, ofc we won kappa. The funniest thing here is that this guy had yasuo mastered, and last picked him into a mundo and jungle nautilus, even though we had an AD top and jungle.

3rd game, picked renekton again to counter fiora top. I crushed her in lane but botlane keeps overextending and gets ganked 2 or 3 times by sejuani. They also lost lane to blue ezreal for some reason. The enemy team has a useless riven and fiora and we still lose cause ezreal is too fed. Also jinx get's caught 24/7 by sejuani's ult and blames the team for not peeling for her lol. As if i would peel for a useless 2/8 adc anyways.

Now the reason I'm playing ranked isn't only because I want to get to a higher rank. I play it mostly because normals put me against diamonds and plats all the time and I feel like I'm a burden to my team, even though I do pretty good. Is there any other way to play with people of the same rank without getting afkers in your team?
